We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace the item.

We ship all of our orders via USPS and orders will arrive between 5 and 7 business days after the ship date depending on the delivery address provided.

International/Rest of World

All orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive between 7 and 14 business days after the ship date, depending on the delivery address provided. In order to receive your package in the shortest amount of time, please use the same shipping and billing address if possible. 

We trust USPS as being one of the highest quality and most reliable shipping couriers in the world, however we cannot guarantee their performance. We can only be held to what is in our control. International orders may be delivered via the local courier; once the parcel leaves the USA, the local courier is responsible.

Because we only work with USPS, it is highly unlikely that customs will hold an order for a number of days, however it is possible. If this were to happen, it will be handled effectively.

Taxes & Duties

ALL applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by BV & Co.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Your countries customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Shipping Address Discrepancies

Orders placed with foreign shipping addresses that are to be delivered domestically will frequently be flagged as potentially fraudulent transactions and may require additional proof of purchase or be refunded at Arm Charms Inc.'s discretion.

Can I change the address on my order?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at 770-329-5249 and we will make every attempt to honor your request.

 

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your 26 digit tracking number.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

Orders will not be shipped on days that the post office is not open for mailing.
