How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is based on whether your item is shipped 1st class mail or priority.

When will my order ship?

  • Most orders process and ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. 

What countries you deliver to?

  • We ship worldwide with the exception of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Syria, and Sudan.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing all the information you'll need. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking page to update. Also, you can track your order through your account portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

What currency will I be charged?

  • All orders will be processed in US dollars.

When will I receive an order confirmation?

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. It shouldn't take more than an hour. 

I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?

  • Unfortunately we cannot add on to an existing order. But if you contact us via info@armcharmsinc.com, we can send an additional invoice for payment and ship your items together, if the initial order has not shipped.

I have received the wrong item, what do I do?

While this is a rare occurrence, sometimes we make mistakes. Contact us at Support@ArmCharmsInc.com and we will get you the correct item.

What is my jewelry made of?

  • All of our bracelets are made of the highest quality and finest materials. We use precious gems, stones, and costume jewelry accents.  We also use .925 sterling silver pieces (at the customer's request and at an additional cost). In some instances, we use different metals and alloys when choosing accessories.

 Is there a warranty on the jewelry?

  • We offer a one year guarantee against any manufacturer defects and will replace any item of defective jewelry. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear-and-tear and anything other than a manufacturer defect.
